I remember Clevy was able to get his Charger to throw the code with 0w-40 in his '06 that spec'd 5w-20, but it was like -35C in Edmonton and it only ever happened the once IIRC.

No wonder Chrysler has Shell as a lubricant partner. They need an absolutely massive company with a gigantic catalogue and worldwide experience to hold them by the hand.

that exists for HD diesels.
 
I think I heard that same thing and it's Chrysler. It seems that unless the oil change was done at dealership at 3k/3months, the engine just won't turn over.

Kind've like those old school oil injection 2 stroke bikes. You'd fill up the oil reservoir with two stroke oil and it would inject it rather than mixing it up in the gas tank.


That was one of the things I liked about the Suzuki TS250 I got when stationed in Hawaii for a time with the Army. Great bike to run around the island on.

Owned a few semi trucks and have never seen anything like that. But don't doubt that it could be an option, just never seen or heard of it as an option when I ordered my trucks.
