New Alternative to Fram Ultra (New design)?

The MP Super Techs seem to have disappeared from Walmart-here's to hoping they make an appearance on Rock Auto at a greatly reduced price!

I've had the same observation at my local Walmart on the MP7317. Its been out of stock for well over a week which is not typical for Walmart's replenishment cycles.

Curious if any tests show new and old Fram Ultra internal mechanical strength after an OCI ?

What test(s) would that be? If a used filter doesn't show any internal mechanical failure, then it's "strong enough" for the job.
