Here's the pic I was talking about. He was standing behind the bush, I could see his body shape through that thin bush. The dark blue dress pants and light blue shirt was not good camouflage.

If you decide to talk to him (on your property or his), make sure you record the conversation. It would not be unheard of for him to falsely accuse you of pulling a knife, threatening him, etc. It's happened before...

No, I'm the guy that suggested starting with the simplest and most reasonable approch. Really though the op forfeited the ability to do that when he took a more childish approch. And speaking of childish, what's up with all the silly, needless drama in your posts?
