Why not Valvoline XL-III from Amazon? Two-thirds the price or so.This 504/507 is getting tough to find at a decent price.
This is on the VW approval list and you could get 10L plus free shipping for a few $$ more than your old brews 5 quarts.
I bought some for my VW.
Same engineers in Hyundai who recommend nonexistent oil?People are wasteful, doesn’t mean you should blindly follow the herd. But you guys seem to know more than the engineers so…..
I did the Amazon Valvoline deal we had on here and the merchant over sold it and I never got it. That was the 6 qt deal. Finally got my money back when he realized two months and the oil wasn't coming. Why not Valvoline XL-III from Amazon? Two-thirds the price or so.
Aoto Zone or AAP carry M1 ESP 0W30 at $37 plus filter. Not bad.I did the Amazon Valvoline deal we had on here and the merchant over sold it and I never got it. That was the 6 qt deal. Finally got my money back when he realized two months and the oil wasn't coming.
Yes the 3- 5 qts at $78. Is a deal especially if you could get the $5 rebate deal per jug. That I will do but just looking around for other options as well.
Yes sir and what like $32+ by itselfAoto Zone or AAP carry M1 ESP 0W30 at $37 plus filter. Not bad.

You think maybe this would work?I have been using the 5w-30LL oil with titanium in a 1.6T KONA. Well, its availability has went to $61 per 5 quart jug at both WM.com and Amazon. Naturally, too much. So I would like to find an equivalent oil at a much more palatable price range. Suggestions?
Excellent point.Same engineers in Hyundai who recommend nonexistent oil?
It is ok, but PPE L and M1 ESP are better choices, especially considering that it is DI engine. How about the Castrol Edge Euro 5w-30 on Walmart.com? It’s API SL rated and costs $26.x
That list? ESP in either flavor.Well, seems this is the consensus here:
PUP
PP Euro L
M1 ESP in 0 and 5w-30
Edge 5w-30
Edge Euro 5w-30
Valvoline XL-lll
Rotella T6
GRO 5w-30
Best of the best?
5w30 esp was like 32 bucks last time i was thereAoto Zone or AAP carry M1 ESP 0W30 at $37 plus filter. Not bad.
I think price is depending on market.5w30 esp was like 32 bucks last time i was there
it’s still a terrible deal compared to the 19.97 walmart PP euro L that dried up
