Just finished off a big plate of spaghetti and real garlic butter on soft bread...De Cecco Pasta Sauce Napoletana made in Italy...lots of olives...I can't believe I have been satisfied with Ragu all these years!...Last week I had sauce with tomatoes grown in the Mt Vesuvius region...I can't remember brand...The Italians do Italian Best!...

Well nobody wants to get into a saucy discussion I guess...well today I bought Jet Dry for dishwasher...Anybody know about rinse aid for dishwashers...this is my first automatic dishwasher...
something I used to say:
"You know how I load the dishwasher, I get the wife a six-pack!"

Too funny!!! My full blooded Italian father-in-law's crowning moment was showing this German mutt how to make pasta sauce "correctly." Little did he know that I still prefer the sauce my dear little Oakie Mom taught me how to make

I am terrible cook...I can't even get microwave popcorn right...My wife (half mexican/half German, Irish, Dutch, Navajo etc.) is superb little chef...She really enjoyed the pasta sauce from Italy...so much that I doubt she will try and make her own...but I will mention the idea to her...She pressed garlic and whipped into butter for this particular dish...We have a difficult time finding good Italian or French bread for said garlic butter...thing is I just can not believe how much better the Italian made product was compared to American...All those years eating subpar spaghetti and thinking I was enjoying it...dam!
