I am a big fan of the Silver the only difference I can tell is sometimes the Silver will have a couple more pleats than a comparable Pro Select. The Silvers are what they usually offer with their OCI specials for walk in customers (not Napa's emphasis market) and as a result are usually on sale for about 3 bucks. A steal IMO. I like the name and the paint job on the Silver better too haha only a BITOG'er would care.
The Pro Selects are aimed at jobbers and are often offered in bulk packs as a result, you won't find that with the Silvers.
