To be acquitted, you have to go to trial. I didn't go to trial. My lawyers were able to plea bargain down to to a Misdemeanor I, failure to obtain a hangun permit. Since then, I have my permits, and my CC, and STILL pack.

He said he is out fishing right now and the fishing is going OK. He had some pretty good surgery done on his face.
Neither of us are big guys, but we have big hearts and are tough for our size. A lot of guys can't even hack it fishing up there when they are young and healthy. A lot of them snap.
