I do not. I compared AC voltage (measured my household voltage) of this Etekcity against the UniT clamp one. They were within 0.1V of each other. As for DC voltage (measured AA battery), Etekcity showed 1.531V while UniT showed 1.535V, so that's about 0.26% difference.
But of course that in itself doesn't guarantee accuracy since I don't know how accurate my UniT one is.
The only annoyance about this Etekcity meter so far is how they implemented the HOLD/LIGHT button. If you first press HOLD to store a reading and then press it again for 2 seconds to turn on the backlight, the HOLD will cancel. Dumb.
