MP3Million is a legitimate site for buying MP3's. I was skeptical of it myself when I first heard of it but it is a very good site. They usually run a few days or maybe a week behind U.S. new album release dates, but they also have a lot of albums, bands and music from Europe that are not available on Itunes or Amazon. I used to kill a lot of time browsing used CD's in brick and mortar record stores, now I do it all online and can even sample the songs before I buy. I usually will see if the album is on Itunes to sample it though, because for some reason MP3Million uses much lower quality bit rates for listening samples. When you buy it the song or album you want is at 320 kbps or whatever posted bit rate however the sample is still only 64 kbps. I guess they do that to save bandwidth. Itunes samples are usually at 256 kbps.

MP3Million is based in Russia, maybe that is why they are so much cheaper but it is the real deal. One of the good things about MP3Million is they often have bonus offers, where if you add money to your account they give you another percentage for free, like if you add $30.00 you get $15.00 for free and so on. I have bought a lot of music from there that sounds better than the MP3's I made from my own CD's with Itunes.

As big a Rush fan as I am, I have only seen them once, on the Hold Your Fire tour. It was at the Omni in Atlanta, not the greatest acoustics but still an excellent show.

Its a real shame how Geddy's voice has changed over the years. I know he works very hard to protect it, and their instrumental musicianship on their last few tours (possibly last ever) has never been better. But the way he has to deliver the vocals now just makes it un-listenable. Very nasal delivery, and sorta "flinging" the high notes up there and letting them fall. Getting old sucks.

And just as an "oh by the way..." if you like progressive rock, great musicianship, and superbly mastered recordings, go sample some of 'Flying Colors' work (Steve Morse & Dave Larue from 'Dixie Dregs' and Steve Morse's band, Neal Morse and Mike Portnoy from 'Transatlantic' and 'Neal Morse band,' and Casey McPherson- a young guy from my town).

Thanks for the tip, I have not heard of Flying Colors before, will check them out. I remember listening to Dixie Dregs when I was a kid in Georgia in the 70's. Chuck Leavell and Steve Morse too. Great stuff.
