Motul oil 5w30 eco lite with oil filter jp 1311019?

Does bigger size oil filter affects to car engine oil pressure and thus performance. when common size height is 66 mm and additional oil filter size is 85 mm? does these different sizes affect car behaviance? it gives car able to sirculate more oil ,bit? car engine is3.5l vq35de with some 300 hp

It could provide more surface area (media) for long drain interval loading. However, I believe the oil pump provides the pressure & oil filters have built in PSI relief valves. If they are both rated at the same PSI relief there's not much difference between the 2 sizes you mentioned. The main car oil pressure will operate around the same psi. I don't see the need to move away from the OEM oil filter size though to be honest. They can be now found in extended mileage versions so why mess with it?
