Yes Will for sure!! Plugs right into the flat 4 connector.

Can't speak to the Taco but can speak as a MotoTote owner.

I have one I bought for the exact purpose of carrying a dual sport places where riding there would just not be fun. I've since used it to carry my DR650 and this past week for 3 hours each way it carried my 14' 1290 Superduke R.

The carrier wasn't remotely strained by either bike and carried them without drama. I went MotoTote over black widow for the lighter weight of the carrier plus it is in my opinion a better design. I borrowed a black widow before buying my carrier and the BW flexed forward and back a lot where the MT is fairly solid on any pavement I went over. Both have some side to side but nothing I was worried about and the MT was less dramatic. I'm carrying mine on a 23' Titan P4x so my tongue weight is around 900lbs.

And, I guess I need the license plate mount. In the northeast, all tolls are done by photos of license plate and mailed. No more stopping at toll booths.

Nope. Haven't traveled enough to bother getting one. But who knows. Regardless, I think you have to have a visible license plate.
