These meet the ASTM-F2413-11 standard. Wolverine WO 4421 Durashock that I’ve worn for many years and are very comfortable with steel toes, padded ankles and foot bed. They are ‘ made in Chino ‘ but have held up very well. I bought my son an identical pair and he wears them around the farm and when we ride our Harley’s. I bought them online from a Harley dealer in Milwaukee but can’t remember the dealers name. IIRC about $150 per pair.
I sometimes used Navy/Marine Corps flight boots or steel toe combat boots. You can get them in rough brown or original black. Higher ankle support and protection.
I wear Bates tactile side zip waterproof 8 in. boots. Non steel toe but they can be had with steel toes. IMO waterproof is a must if getting caught in the rain, what good is a rain suit if your boots are not waterproof.

I've been using work boots for years. I got a pair of Carolinas that lasted me almost 10 years. Bought another pair. Worked great for riding and in the shop.
