Only 4160 miles on this filter. Last oil change was a bit late (5622 Miles instead of 5K) and this one was a bit early (9782 instead of 10k) due to my upcoming schedule...

Nothing to report. Still looks to be a decent filter. Same batch as the virgin one I cut apart a while ago. No rips, no tears, lots of pleats, everything glued like it should be.

Based on the photos of the virgin C&P, there doesn't look to be a lot of total media area - pleat depth looks pretty shallow due to a large diameter center tube.

I used Motorcraft FL500S filters on my Coyote, and based on measuring the media area, it went from 227 sq-in to 120 sq-in on the next FL500S I ran. That's almost a cut down to half the media area. That was the first move Motorcraft made that I didn't like, then came the potential choked louvers and flaking off black potting glue.
