I think the threshold for monetization is 10 minutes? Does it climb from there? I'm not familiar with YT's pay scheme but the most valuable thing is our attention and everyone is trying to maximize that.

Creators do get more monetization for longer video viewing engagement since it it more time for ad insertion cuts. The trick is how they balance the content to keep viewers engaged for the longer format videos.

Also talked about were factors re micron vs efficiency ratings in determining which filters to buy.

Newer ie CK-4, SP rated oils are far superior in wear prevention over old school eg very high ZDDP oils.

Using UOAs to determine appropriate oil selection and OCI was also mentioned, as there are many different driving conditions.

Application dictates chemistry.
