It's not about China.
Most 3rd parties don't even bother with hydraulic fluid and random rubber they find.
Check edge and flex forums, nothing but problems with non oem mounts.

Pioneer is supposed to have hydraulic fluid in there mount??

I looked at auto zone and they want 160 for pioneer for my ford flex

What's the deal with active motor mounts? I didn't even know there was such a thing. Found out when my '22 JGC was making a subtle thumping sound when stopped. Had them replaced under warranty.
