Mocal knock off, deleted the short pressure relief spring, it doesn't close all the way shut as you would want it to do with an oil cooler, thermostat is stamped 82c 180f, there is practically no flow through the bypass filter until the engine oil heats to 180f, then the thermostat closes up the passage, with two guages I used in previous posts, it's showing a good 5-7 psi differential in the 2200-2500 cruise rpms, there is no pulsation in the hoses that I had with the ball/spring adapter.
