Wow....That's odd. If this case holds water, then every mfg of every product will have to be certain their prices are all the same across the board. Smells fishy to me.
 
I'm kind of surprised at Blackstone saying "suggest staying at 4500 miles use." Anyone think this oil wouldn't have gone 5K miles in this engine?

elpolk has a good question too. Wonder how this oil would do for 5K miles in one of the sludgers...
 
This has got to be the lowest wearing engine we have ever seen on this site. Congragulations to Toyota! Any oil would show excellent results on this engine.

Ray H the low Phos. levels affect this engine very little. This V8 use's timeing belts that are externaly mounted. The parts most affected by low Phos. are timeing chains and timeing sprockets!
