Its hard to know when the OLM goes off, the drivers dont say anything, plus this is a very busy area, **** ton of 911 calls, hard to get cars in for PM's. Also what happens is, the popo dont like to give up their assigned car for a service spare, so they reset the light. That is way too long. I would expect an OCI in the 200-300 hour range. What interval did the Oil Life Monitor suggest?
The good news is, the wear metals are not high, when the actual service is considered. Its hard to know when the OLM goes off, the drivers dont say anything, plus this is a very busy area, **** ton of 911 calls, hard to get cars in for PM's. Illustrative of the fact that 1 man's 6300 miles is not, another, man's 6300 miles.Cop cars idling for ever and ever. Never liked that part of the job but I understand the importance in certain locations. I am a Nazi when it comes to idling for no necessary need.

M1 FS Series PDS for API-SP that I have on file reads:
Kinematic Viscosity @ 100 C, mm2/s, ASTM D445 _____________________ 11.4
My data is U.S, but is for Mobil Full Synthetic typical fleet bulk lubeNot according to the one in US.
Not any more with LSPI -fighting detergent packages API-SP, SP PLUS.Are you sure this is M1 5-30? Your report said Magnesium was 633 as M1 oils typically have 70-90 PPM of Mang. Just wondering.
