Yeah because Walmart has customers from all walks of life shopping in them. I have found Walmart customers may not be refined or polished but in general they are more considerate then the customers of Target around here.

Our country was founded on startup successes of small business. So is it ignorant for any American citizen to start a new business today, within miles of a Walmart?

You wouldn't if you were in Canada, unless you went to Walmart often enough to keep an eye on the specials, since they don't advertise them as well as before. If you do stumble across a good Walmart oil deal, it is very hard to beat. The frequency of the specials, not to mention the stock they carry, leave a little to be desired these days. Not many years ago, Walmart always had a good selection of oil, and it was my first filter retailer outside of the dealer.

Where we live we have one choice, Wal Mart. So buy a lot of items from Amazon.
