mobil 1 full synthetic high mileage gasoline in diesel?

So i found some new old stock NOS mobil annual protection 0w20 which has 70 percent group 4 base oil PAO on amazon for about usd 11.66 a quart shipped.

Although i would have to add at305 reseal with the M1 AP 0w20 as this oil does not have much thickness for leaks.

Although the mobil 1 full synthetic european car formula 10w40 has 40 % PAO and walmart sells 5 qt jugs at usd 25 so usd 5 a quart.

M1 ap 0w20 usd 11.66 a quart 70 % pao.
1 qt equals 946 ml.
70% usd 11.66 equals usd 8.17.
70% 946 ml equals 662 ml PAO
Usd 8.17 for 662 ml PAO
Each ml PAO costs usd 0.01234

M1 FS ECF 0w40 40 % PAO usd 25 a 5 qt jug usd 5 a qt with shipping comes to usd 6 a qt.
1 qt equals 946 ml.
40% usd 6 equals usd 2.40
40% 946 ml equal 378 ml PAO
Usd 2.40 for 378 ml PAO
Each ml PAO costs usd 0.00634
Does all of this result in an oil with the appropriate diesel license or specification?

So what makes you think you will start having leaks? Just asking is all.

Why not use what got it to where it is at now with no leaks?
common knowledge. lots of people have said this happened to them when they did that. May have to switch over slowly 1 qt at a time .

mobil 1 ecf 0w40 SDS for USA got removed from mobil website. weird.

What is 500 miles going to tell you? I’ve got M1 fs 0w40 in my 2017 accord with 1300 miles on it and I can’t tell a difference between that and any other oil I’ve had in it be it 0w20, 5w20, 5w30
if it has leaks.
synthetic oil breaksdown at a slower rate than conventional so i can go longer between OCI, perhaps a 3 percent increase in fuel economy, better protection at extremely hot temperatures as I live in tropical climate.

Heresy! PAO fanboi checking in... PAO better than the rest? Or Greatest Of All Time?
Check time reference 8:35 :
the guy in the video used to work at mobil 1 as lubrication engineer; so he has some experience with oils.

Would a 1990 toyota corolla 1.8 diesel engine 1C have flat tappet cams or rolle cams; as I have heard that flat tappet cams need more ZDDP than roller cams?

the m1 0w40 fs euro car formula has 927 zinc and 823 phosphorous; will this suffice as to necesarry ZDDP?

Does anyone know what kind of base oil groups find themselves in mobil 1 delvac extreme 15w40? the msds only has zddp.

according to a voa of m1 0w40 fs ecf it has 3199 ppm score of dispersants-calcium, boron, magnesium; which would of placed it number 3 for most detergents in the project farm oil championship 2019:

and it has 1837 ppm score of antiwear additives-zinc, phosphorous, moly; which would place it number 2 for most antiwear additves in pf oc 2019.

I dont understand...- how m1 fs 0w40 euro cf has a viscosity index of 186 and lucas full synthetic 0w16 has a VI of 165?
I would think the lucas would have a higher viscosity?

m1 fs 0w40 euro cf has a hths value of 3.6; this good enough for a diesel engine?

It would help if you understood the difference between viscosity and viscosity index.

And yes that is a sufficient HT/HS.

A "score of dispersants"? I guess that's not surprising if you're trying to read the tea leaves of typical PDS values and YouTube videos instead of picking an oil for a diesel engine by the diesel license or specification. You don't know the difference between viscosity and viscosity index, yet you are ranking oils by their dispersant score.
