Driving conditions were high speed (near maximum) 80% of the interval, remaining 20% was city. Solid viscosity control again from M1 ESP.

This is one of my very favorite motor oils.
There is lots of boron, phosphorus and zinc, and yet it is ESP. Hmmm. VW 508/509 always gets my vote because of assurance of long term piston/ring cleanliness.

The current PDS for M1 ESP 0w-20 shows a 100C viscosity of 7.8cSt. If your UOA reports 8.5 despite 2.7% fuel dilution doesn’t that imply a pretty hefty level of oxidation? Or maybe the formulation has evolved...

Good catch...

Near maximum speed 80% of the time???

I have to think a Camry with a 3.5 could go in the 130-150 mph range if the PCM would let it. My recently sold Sonata with the 6MT would do 120-125 easy on the toll road and it had the 2.4 (Base) 4 cylinder with 195 HP, not the turbo. (I very rarely drove it that fast though, usually 5mph above the 80mph posted limit). I don't know how many HP the 3.5 has but I'm thinking it has to be at least 60 maybe 80-100 more.

Anyway, nice report. Aluminum 0 is surprising what with pistons and bi-metal aluminum bearings most likely. Iron 20 probably reflects the motor is still breaking in, but even as a standalone number it's pretty decent on a nearly 10K OCI.
