Milwaukee M12 right angle impact from Home Depot

12 volt Milwaukee battery have a bad track record with me. I had 4 of them go bad from ONE battery in the bunch going bad. I opened them up and charged the bad one hoping to balance the pack out, but all four went bad again after two tries and had to throw them out. Kinda peeved, when I had to throw away $350 in batteries. And they were not overly stressed. Just junk batteries or charging system design for that 12 volt setup. All my 18v are ding fine.
I have 4x 4.0s, 6x 2.0s, 3x 2.5s, and a 5.0 and they're all fine. My oldest are ~6 years old

That’s why. Mine were 3 years old give or take. Normally you match the voltage low ones in the pack and you are back in business. Not with mine. And I had 3 different OEM chargers on all three levels so it was not a specific charger.

I sold the one with the pin detent for $120 on Facebook. So the two batteries cost me $59. I am happy.

Told wife one more thing out of our (my man cave according to wife) cluttered garage. Unfortunately she could not see the difference after the impact wrench was given to new owner.

I have this tool and I think it’s absolutely worthless. It doesn’t have anywhere near the rated power.
I will agree it's not the same kind of torque as my Milwaukee high torque impact wrench. But there are places I need a right angle impact. So I try this. If it does not work then I try bleaker bar, maybe with pipe extension.
