Might be getting 2012 Civic LX 1.8l, What all should I check before putting money into it?

After driving it around town it sounds like it may need a wheel bearing or two. Only odd thing is the sound comes and goes depending on which road I'm on.

I also got an original equiptment knock sensor and radiator hose clamps, and if I remember right trany filter hose clamps.

Results of blotter test. Didn't smell like gas. What do you think?

I think I should clarify that the engine never flooded. The fuel line got chewed up by rodents. That's where the fuel smell came from.
