Maxlife 5-20

Been using the 5w30 instead for the very same reason-just can't find it anywhere.

I was able to find it at AAP and no where else. I am 3k into a 5k OCI and so far so good. I did not notice any milage increase coming from a 30wt but maybe its because maxlife is not energy conserving, not even the 20wt.

I've seen it and would use it in a sec if I needed some oil. MaxLife Synth 5w-20, anyone?

i've looked for it but i still haven't found it. i've just stuck with using the 5w30 from wally world.

I use Maxlife 5w30 in both my kids cars- a Cobalt SS & a Mustang V6 Coupe.

Both of our other cars spec 5W-20 so my F-150 gets either Motorcraft syn blend or Valvoline conventional, & the wife's Mustang GT gets Motorcraft syn blend. Figure I'll stay with 5W-20 till the warranties are done then switch to 5w30 Maxlife in these as well, unless 5W-20 Maxlife comes available in my area...

..but back on topic ...this just may be a 20 weight that TallPaul can live with. He needs to get in touch with his lighter side.
