If it is like where I work, there is a power sub-station as well as water tower on the property so that any outside factors do not shut down production or operations. There is also a drainage pond, and planted forestation. ESG stuff and compliance. Of course Fire and EMS personnel as well. From a quick look, none of the other warehouses have similar tanks though. Those tanks are large too !! 30,000 gallons or more each ?
The watertower is your standard one that looks like a landing UFO, though. Not a grain silo.
There is supposed to be chemical suppression in the sprinklers, as well.
Something seems suspicious as to how that large, that fast. The fire is still burning so we do not yet know.. just we that work in an environment know that it should have been minimal, due to internal fire safety, upon arrival of County Fire and HAZMAT.
