What's the capacity factor of these successful wind farms ?

I haven't a clue, but as you are all over it's success...Capacity factor is generation per annum / (nameplate MW x 8760)

High 80%'s ???

big donations make new laws that benefit the donators, it even gets worthless drugs that can kill you approved. unfortunate but true!!!

And yet...the same idiots want to shut down the (685MW) Pilgrim nuclear power plant. (Which, unlike offshore wind farms, actually MAKES 685MW!)

I was born in Attleboro MA 1972. Lived in the Northampton area (most of my family had farms) from about 2yr old to 24year old. I can remember in 1997/98 coming to Westchester NY and wondering how this place could just be deli after deli and no real variety. I consider myself blessed for growing up in the Northampton area. The state has changes sooo sooo much since I left, I would NOT return. I sold all family real estate. Only my 94 yr old grandmother remains. When MassXole doesn't want to come home and feels NY is a less government intrusionist ( I made a word) state, something is wrong with the republic! Commonwealth my [censored].

Right?

Your opinion. A couple billion people would disagree.

As a power guy I'm wondering how much I'll get involved. I heard from an old coworker the pucker factor is pretty high upon those things. They hit the brake and the thing starts oscillating like crazy.
