Manifold clean before oil change

I normally put 150ml of Seafoam (let engine inhale it while idling through the Throttle body) and let it sit (engine off) for about 10 min and smoke up the neighbourhood when i restart.

I have never sent for an oil analysis before and would like to do so. But the oil may be contaminated because right before i drained the oil i performed the seafoam cleaning. I drove the car about 8-10 miles after seafoaming to get the residue out but not sure if any got into the oil.

IS it still ok to do the oil analysis ?

Sure. In fact, you'd be the man to do a used oil analysis after a Seafoam treatment so we can see if it in fact does anything bad to the oil or wear metals etc.

I'd recommend blackstone laboratories. I've used them for all my used oil analysis (Type their name into google - I don't want to get in trouble for posting a link here).
