I do know that even after 338,000 miles and COMPLETE coolant flushes with block drains and all every 50,000 miles, with distilled water and low silicate coolant that their is still sand and sediment coming from my powerstoke.
The only things that ever went into the cooling system are Distilled water, DCA4, and Fleetguard conventional green low silicate antifreeze.
