True!..lol

I have noticed people are hard as heck on newcomers.

Both very good oils. What I would do is try MaxLife first and see if it does the trick. Mobil Super HM would be more of a comparison IMO. M1 HM is top of the line and unnecessary unless it is the only lube you find to slow/stop oil consumption.

HM oils are of some interest to many members, so it would be good if some fine person could collect and post the Maxlife, M1 HM and Castrol HM VOA's on one page, as they seem to be the most popular.

Both are great lubes. I'd pick based on my desired OCI, 7,500 or less I'd go Maxlife. You want even longer drains go Mobil.

How many times do I have to tell you.

It's like I have to find a case and hit you with it.

Max Life is your daddy. DON'T make me say THAT again.

^^^But, the ONLY place that I've now seen the Max Life Synthetic silver bottle is on the shelf of my (now) local NAPA (it was NOT on the shelf of my former local NAPAs).

They also want almost $2.00/qt. more than Sino-Mart gets for their M1 HM for it.

Big Daddy is Castrol and they make 6 different HM oils, 5/20, 5/30. 10/30, 10/40, 20/50 and 20/60 !!! That's a much better range than Maxlife or Mobil HM.
