IMO, engine flushes are not needed if your OCI and oil chosen is reasonable. Stick with full synthetic oil and reasonable OCI.
Use a full synthetic ATF and no additives are needed. Also, better filtration/cooling will help ANY and ALL transmissions last longer. Practicing a reasonable drain/refill regimen or full flush interval will help.
Engine oil additives also aren't needed unless you're trying to prevent some issue. Do you have sludge, varnish, or annoying noises? If no, then don't bother.
In my truck I have no probs, noises or anything. The only reason I wanted to get the lube guard additive for my transmission is because I have read numerious posts in the toyota forums about the early model tundras having weak plantary gears in the transmission.
