I'm rolling up to 60k on my 23 Tundra and I was going to "flush" the trans with new ATF. I'm normally a Redline guy with D6 currently in the transfer case and 75w90 in the diffs but since it's hard to source 4+ gallons of D6 I'm thinking of picking up a 5 gallon pail of HPL Green CC. I live up in the mountains of Colorado so a Cold Climate lube sounds fantastic. Does anyone want to share if they are running HPL in their Toyota 10 Speeds or newish WS transmissions? This trans tends to run hot so I want to put something good in there.

That looks closer to WS viscosity wise, the HPL is decently thicker which is why I'm wondering what people think of it.

Idemitsu has exactly same additive package as WS, but much lower pour point. It has potential some esters. I posted VOA of that fluid somewhere. I got it on Rock Auto for $36 for 5qt jug. I take Sequoia to A-Basin when I ski with kids and after being 7-8hrs in sub zero temperatures, still shifts great.
Now, HPL in my opinion is upgrade. It will last longer, there is more safety margin.
Also, Motul Type VI is really food one. I used it in Sienna 6 speed, in -30 temperatures, and performed really smooth.
