LT71141 - alternatives ?

For cars that call for the Esso LT 71141, what fluids have you guys used that you have found is even a *better* ATF fluid with the ZF AT trannys ?

I just did a pan drain/refill and stuck with the OEM fluid since the car is under warranty. However, I
d be curious to hear ither fluids and your experiance with them .

I'm using Pennzoil multi vehicle ATF in my 02 Passat tip tranny. At 60K the fluid definitely looked like it needed to be changed. Everything feels normal to me. I plan on doing a drain and fill every spring or so with another filter change at 120K.
