Minor necro for dumb question: in the stock pan of '19 Rebel (new body style), is the drain plug reusable? Is there an o-ring or anything that is supposed to be replaced? Need to do just a spill 'n fill. Sorry, no filter this time around.

I've heard they don't reseal well. It's a plastic bolt.

My dad has a Jeep Grand Cherokee which will probably get this service next year.

Was just going to get the plastic Mopar pan, is there anything wrong with that? Pennzoil Platinum Euro seems way overkill for driving to the store

I dont see why you’d have an issue as its and OEM part. I went with OEM pan and fluid and have had zero problems.

Yep. OEM works beautifully. The only reason I´ve considered a PPE is the drain plug for easy fluid swaps. But I probably will not spend the money.
