Thinking About Idemitsu TLS-LV for 2007 Tacoma V6 (Aisin A750E Automatic)

Idemitsu TLS-LV looks identical to Toyota WS under FTIR it's basically a clone of Toyota WS.

I ended up buying 16 quarts of WS from Lexus dealer for $10 a quart shipped made it easy. Check Bell or Treasure Coast Lexus parts.
The Idemitsu still comes out a bit cheaper at about $9.68/qt shipped from Amazon including tax.

($43.99/jug before tax)

Toyota/Lexus had 15% off and some other deals so was $10/quart recently.

Here is a link with the current Toyota part number shows -51C pourpoint.

It could be that they changed it with new packaging. I know that there was nothing special about that fluid before. It could also explain the dramatic jump in price. I remember buying it for $5 in 2018.

I used that same exact fluid for my 2008 Toyota Tundra 6 speed automatic. After 4 Fill N Spills within 2000 miles. Transmission is shifting flawlessly for 165K sitting on her now. Idemitsu TLS-LV is a great bang for the buck. I paid 40 bucks off Amazon for the 5 quart containers.

FWIW Eneos makes a product line literally called "Import Series Exact Match". Here, it would be what they call Model T-W. They link directly to PDS-transparent.

I would use HPL Green in OP's application and nothing else. Longer FCI.

Taco's forever. Err Taco's last forever.

IDK, I haven’t had a problem going 100,000 miles on WS, and this Idemitsu fluid should theoretically be superior to WS.
