Mix and match your choices as you see fit.
I doubt that it'll make any difference.
If you want to use M1, why not go for AFE 0W-20, as others have mentioned?
This oil does offer superior cold performance, although it doesn't often get cold enough anywhere in Ohio that it would matter all that much.
If you prefer PP, you could use the 0W-20 flavor, although it'll be no thinner than the 5W-20 at the kind of temperatures we typically see in this state.
