I used to work with a former LEO who had worked much of his life around the docks of Los Angeles. I still remember him telling me that the unionized dock workers were probably the laziest workers he'd ever encountered.
I love how this spokesperson ‐‐ who sounds like a wise guy for Gotti -- is screaming about making Americans feel the pain right now as part of our nation is in dire need from flooding.

My buddy is a longshoreman down in Texas. The way he talked about his work is the same, work for a few hours then sleep in the cargo hold of a ship for the rest of the day.
I wonder who else is affected by this; not like the public is already feeling the pinch of increased prices all around, only time before the lack of east coast shipped products trickles down to the rest of the country. After a hurricane is probably not a smart time to start either.
