I'm asking for help from the gurus here, I can't personally evaluate tech data sheets, especially if they sometimes don't use the same testing methods. However, I imagine that there is a genius here who could compare the 2 data sheets and come to a conclusion that is relatively acceptable and easy enough to understand for a neophyte like me, so I'll give it a try. Both are synthetic, they are both SN and Jaso MA2, and one is almost half the price of the other... so paying a big price for the oil ok, for marketing no.. .so how does it compare? THANKS !!!
I included the data sheet in F or C pick the one you like :)

The Amsoil's higher viscosity, lower Noack, and good high-temperature foaming performance make it suitable for a bike that's ridden hard a lot. Its higher TBN should make it more suitable for extended OCIs. For normal riding and normal OCIs, those things don't matter so much and I wouldn't spend the extra money.

On a side note, it's interesting that the Amsoil 15W-50 has such poor foaming performance.
