That does look like a nice option of you can stuff it behind a rear seat on a pickup, etc.

You can argue about the type of jack,but a selection of safe different sizes of cribbing is also very important

Yes. I have strapped down in the bed of the truck.

Lightest and most compact option I've found is a 2 ton scissor jack with adapter to fit an impact driver plus a couple short pieces of 2x6 cribbing. I have a Milwaukee M18. It raises the vehicle fast.

Go to a junkyard and check out what is in the trunk of some older/heavier vehicles. I've got a beefy (by today's standards) jack out of an older GM that has a nice molded holder and fits better in the trunk without being heavy.
