@Jetronic said it well.
I wish I took the Mitsubishi Sport SE
Yes my gas bill would have been 30% more but the cheapskate could defray that as gas pricing especially since it ran from $2.69 to $3.19 in the area.
The Mitsubishi just fits me and adapts well to bad road surfaces where the Accord does not. Money and prestige don't play a roll in practicality and ease of travel without irritation and frustration.
With the dangerous interstate system in my area simplicity rules the day.
The Honda low beams were basically worthless with no fog lights and the HVAC system is weak at best. Over harsh roads it's a rattle trap. I couldn't make or get a call on the 16 hr return and I even tried pairing a different phone . Hondalink is an abysmal joke at best and it has a record 99% downtime with me...
The EV drone gets to you after an hour and the crashing suspension becomes a real fiasco bringing about much irritation.
Lift the hood and you see that beautiful metal belly pan. A work of art... however on rough roads it constantly chatters...
The Honda was only $8500 more than the Mitsubishi...a lovely fail...
Honda has lost its way....
Let's not forget as delivered the Accord phone charger and USB ports didn't work. So much for PDI...
