I had to roll on the cheap remember?
I remember. You paid all right, just in a different way.

I had to roll on the cheap remember?
I had been driving for about 8 hrs and was on I 495 and had miles of construction with 2 lanes only and nothing but concrete barriers and winding unlevel road surfaces and those concrete walls for miles tend to put you in a trance and making you very tired... Speed was 70 mph and now thankfully 55 mph in that zone. How did it save your life? Do tell!
Whoa. Dude. That scared me.I had been driving for about 8 hrs and was on I 495 and had miles of construction with 2 lanes only and nothing but concrete barriers and winding unlevel road surfaces and those concrete walls for miles tend to put you in a trance and making you very tired... I nodded off and my head went forward and my left hand slipped off the steering wheel and with much luck hit the regeneration paddle which the hybrid has and that lurch woke me up and instantly all the other bells and whistles kicked in including the patented Honda steering wheel shake and I was inches from hitting the barriers and too my left was a loaded car carrier.
Trust me that will wake you up for hours....if you were drunk you'd be sober...
I said the next rest stop im stopping but the sign said 73 miles to the next one... by then you couldn't get me to sleep if you tried.
I thought most would laugh but it was no joke and thank you Pablo.Whoa. Dude. That scared me.
I joke about a lot of stuff (adult activities?) but not that.I thought most would laugh but it was no joke and thank you Pablo.
It put the fear of God in me as well...
Much appreciated...
Very, very sadI joke about a lot of stuff (adult activities?) but not that.
It's hard for anyone driving to say "stop I'm too tired". I knew a gal, bright, good, nurse, years back - did her odd late shift at hospital, driving home, sleep monster, across two lanes, plowed into incoming truck. Dead. Age 26.
I thought most would laugh but it was no joke and thank you Pablo.

Thanks KCNothing funny there. Wow, scary stuff. Glad you came out okay.
I drove the Accord tonight the first since I got back. It's superb here in the rolling hills and back roads and the main roads here are stellar. Did a 22 mile trip at 68 mpg overall..
Just not my favorite interstate cruiser....I like the adaptive cc although I only use it on long drives and never daily. Hey it is what it is...
I'm going to have to find the ultimate great mpg interstate cruiser again...Itās got to go. Stuff doesnāt work, itās only good on perfect roads and you nearly died in it.
Itās not even green. Adios Honda.
