Lets talk about new vehicles

This was your first clue buddy,..this dog is nervous as hell and knows that stuff’s about to go down. He’s planning escape options right there. 😉😂🍻

On a more serious note...
The latest Outlander Sport has one thing that seems weird.
Was so on my 2021 and the refresh seems to have a squatted back and it drives like the front is lifted

Sort of like a 70-80s sedan with the trunk loaded up with several hundred pounds and the steering feels just like the above situation. Anybody else??

The new ones look that way going down the road too.

No Arteon has been in my top 3 for several years. With Giulia put aside even more likely.

The OL Sports are cheap and awd I get that but around here most people driving them are projecting “I have no sense and no credit and I can’t really afford this either“. 🤣

Not sure how Mitsubishi got there the vehicles are affordable and reliable I believe. Maybe it’s local? The biggest dealership here is constantly running cheesy no money down ads clearly aimed at lower class buyers that really should not be buying a new car.

Sleezeballs would be a compliment for the dealer.

I see that once in awhile.
But that's just scammers.
I know many well to do people that love them like automechanic...

Take the sport on our hilly roads in the rain even in the older FW drive model and the Arteon couldn't even keep up
They are so tossable and easy to drive and like a mountain goat ..
The Arteon is a superb car for the $$$ but I would not buy a 4 motion...yes start off traction would be better but besides the mechanical complexity the Arteon does not like wet roads.

Not traction related but the water upsets to he drivability to a large extent. With just minor rain and puddles you have to be very careful as you could find yourself off the road. The underbody is so well sealed that it gets dangerous when the rain is heavier whereas the turd OLS blows right through it and steep hills and bumps with no issue. The sport is king on my Amish footpaths...
Seriously..

I have no class so that doesn't bother me 😂😂

I can't see 4Motion and good tires not fixing that... but I don't have an Arteon either. The OLS is starting to sound fun. (y)

It can't because the car doesn't forde water well and nothing can fix that unless you raised all four corners several inches
Hard to make clear but hit a small puddle and things get dangerous quick. This is the worst of all the vehicles I ever had hitting water at speed

You're scaring me. I don't drive aggessively but I do drive fast. A lot.
The new Arteon has fake exhaust finishers and I was talking to Joe Raiti of Raiti's Rides on YT. And he reams manufacturers over this and prop rods. Takes off points-zonks...Same on Audi...

I told him my 2021 has real exhaust finishers and he was surprised and I told him he needs to rethink the zonk because the real deal on DI. Engines creates soot that dirties up the rear of the car a good bit. Fake would be okay with me.. I don't think he thought about that. Nice guy and funny 🤣
