He is right in that VW is not a "luxury brand", for me that's part of the appeal. Impressive car, no snobbery.

There is a new MB suv in my lot at work being driven in by a young male. It has a basketball sized MB emblem across the grill, inches away another emblem on the hood and still another pinned on the right side of the grill a bit away from the basketball. Talk about "be sure to notice my Benz!" :ROFLMAO: Badge prostitution....

Nothing is more tacky than the BMW badge stuck on the c-pillar of the X2. First one I saw I assumed the owner added them.

This was from a lot I bought in Florida. Never before did I get all these checks...i got a few that were $1900 and $829. Because I did not use my health insurance enough
Some Govt thing... I know why this is happening but nobody would believe it....

Got a few i flipped because of the times but my main driver is a VW Arteon. My first VW from years of fear...lol...but I really like it... Thanks!

Like the stock market I have some fear right now. Only bought 1 in 2022..still waiting to get it delivered to resell. Another Mitsu Sport LE.

Loving the VW for now...

Might go take a look at this survivor 1930 Willys-Overland sedan Only 40K miles on this sunny Wednesday
It not to pricey and its nearby. 6 cylinder. Not sure if it has the Knight sleeve-valve engine; No poppet valves or springs on those. Like some old radial aircraft engines.
Willy was only second to Ford in sales old days, I think the cars are better engineered.
