Funny too was most were Germans...lol.

Then I have a lady friend in Canada that asked me if VW cars are even safe...lol....

I don't fit well in any vehicle it seems.
Bad back etc.
I will say these seats are the best I have sat in since the 70's and the inside is big.
Plenty of leg and shoulder room.
I'm not jammed in the car.
It does sit low but so far so good.
Cars are tax deductions for me so I don't get bent with negative comments.
I try to ignore the little things because they will drive me nuts if I don't...lol

I like your car; however I see they do not incorporate DSG transmission, its only a tiptronic, and i'am not keen on the front facial but that a 5 lift gate is awesome space saver as well as its rear end

The 22's get the 7 speed DSG and a big horsepower bump.

Sweet! You're right that's pushing Jetta territory, I just filled it and still got over 40 overall and that's combined driving. Amazing to me, who needs a hybrid?

Not hwy but the whole trip.
My normal country driving is this and i don't even have 200 miles on it yet.

its got an Asian Transmission 8speed perhaps, and cost cutting by making engine in Hungary with lower labor cost; everyone else does the same, just like putting cars together in Alabama, TN or GA

SE will be FWD, everything above that 4 Motion standard. My Passat had a DSG and 280 horses, despite traction control and the other goodies on it, very hard to get all that power to the ground from a stop. If it was already rolling decent though, wow!

I don't know the details honestly but it seem that is their latest language/trend; in the past in Europe, all those lesser value VW cars, like Seat, Skoda they would just slap their car logo over the VW, so in the case you would try to remove Skoda or Seat logo, you'd be stumbled again on another VW logo, it got to do something with that Id say

in this way, without the logo, I think they can use the same engine cover interchangeably no question asked

I paid a Kia/ Hyundai price and got the mpg of a hybrid and the seats of an Escalade..me happy...
The Arteon in SE trim is not expensive at all especially if you shop. A bargain and for now somewhat scarce.
