Like any most brands some are sleazy some are not. My preferred dealer is super laid back, it's like buying a car from your uncle.

At the VW dealership I met this tall South African guy. Thin and with red hair and beard.
Waiting for service. He told me he loves VW's. Told me he drives there because they have the best service.

This guy was maybe 40?
Interesting dude.
Sort of our 60's hippie type.
You know he would have had a van..

He brings his duffle bag with a large container of well water, lunch, and desert...
This guy just does his own thing.
Dressed like he was on safari.
Talked about his wife etc. He got mad they kept me so long and when I left he invited me into the VW family.
It is refreshing to see somebody these days doing there own thing.

I thought you grew out of the hate everything stage?? First VW i have ever owned.
I talked to several long time VW owners getting oil changes and they praised VW. I was shocked.
Many had 5 or 6.
Said they were very reliable.
It has a long warranty but I won't keep it too long.
I do have initial impressions I will post in a few weeks and many will be shocked at that review.

Not that I am anybody at all but I have owned many cars.. I seen every video on this car and I have no love for these Youboobers.
You wonder if they ever even drove one.

I did grow out of that stage but this is one brand I will continue to dislike. I own a classic but I didn’t say it was necessarily good either haha . But I agree Jim I don’t like the back either haha.

Kidding aside that's a nice ride. Maybe one is in
my future. I have gotten so much love here for my owning Chrysler, I'm sure it would only be better for VW. I could probably buy yours by Christmas!
