Lets talk about new vehicles

This guy claims the CVT trans in the Outlander is different from the one in Rogue, but then doesn't back it up with any evidence, so not very helpful.

I'm also not seeing the "OUTLANDER" lettering on the front of the hood of his example. Is it a Canadian thing? Maybe he just debadged it? Looks less obnoxious this way. :)

The lettering used to be a option.
Now it may be linked to trim level.
The cvt is the same but programmed differently although I did hear it was updated again.
Lots of bad info on these on YouTube

The Rogue advantage is more dealerships and parts availability.
That is a plus. I like both to be honest. Maybe the Rogue is a ladies ride and the face aggressive Outlander is a dude's ride???

And @ZeeOSix for coming to this thread and for @KCJeep for his support

The new RAV4 look like a preschooler designed it I hate the looks. And worst of all push button start 😡😡😡. Junk from day 1.
Yup- It just looks like a bolted together sheet metal mess
One credit is that the inside is actually bigger than the outward appearance
