Lets talk about new vehicles

I don't think the Altima has that wonky shifter like the Rogue. Does the Mitsu version use that too or do you even know yet? If not that alone might push me Mitsu over Rogue if you go SUV.

Your are right on the Altima
Mitsu now has the dumb shifter in the Outlander

Altima wins IMO.
Agreed plus great mpg like 39 hwy
Cujet on here got 36mpg going 90 mph
I don't drive that fast but at anything over 70 mph a Hybrid doesn't do well. So the Altima would be in hybrid mpg range
with a 2.5L- which is great

@Zee09
I noticed that you had. Ford C-Max that you will be trading. And, you said it’s a little cramped for you. You might get a good deal by trading for another Ford vehicle. Have you looked at the 2021 Ford Edge ST?

You're right as Ford always gives me good trade ins and I can do a double trade in which they did like.
Plus I will get more service points which would put me over 100k which is a bunch of service.

What I require............

* Great seats for a bad back and I do not like tiny bottoms in my rides but- never mind... ; )
* Roomy- I hate when they put you in a cubicle like a Ford Taurus
* Very quiet with minimal road noise
* If hwy mpg is below 25 mpg- no thanks- The more the better- MORE!
* Hybrid ok
* Don't need a prestige brand- been there before
* Reliable- Sometimes I will put 3-4K miles on in one week
* Car-SUV-CUV okay
* Budget.. $25K-$55K NEW!

Thanks!
You know a van would be the best. Kia Carnival hits all of those. Ground clearance, style, long warranty, 26 MPG, endless seat versatility. You could take all the people you want or cargo.

How much is the Altima?
FYI, I bought a well used, 80K 2015 Altima strippie, over 3 years ago, from Hertz for a friend, "Dan the Car Killer".
It now has 140K with nothing but services. The initial CVT drain was nasty...
