A40 required ZDDP levels would be sufficient for this and nearly any application.

It's been discussed on here that today's 10W-30 oils are often formulated with less than stellar base stocks resulting in the use of an excess of VII. For the application you reference an Euro 5W-30 or 0W-40 with a minimum 3.5 HT/HS and an approval such as Mercedes-Benz 229.5 or Porsche A40 would be ideal.

I have used Rotella 10W30 in the past and more recently Mobil 1 0W40 but I am now using Amsoil Z-Rod 10W30. My old cars see annual oil changes with often less than 2000 miles on them.

Yep, and the API/ILSAC phosphorous limit doesn't apply to xW-40 grades.
