I went to the store the other day and picked up free range grass fed beef and wow was it really good. I used the recipe as follows with a little added ingredients.
1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Buffalo Trace bourbon
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup ketchup
Drizzle of Honey.
Cook the ingredients down into a glaze then baste over burgers on the Grill.
