It's not a Jeep, it's a Mitsubishi. I don't know which model though.
Yeah, definitely not a Jeep. Looks a little like someone tried to rip off a CJ-7 design.

In addition cooling, lubrication system, combustion chamber and the like were modified to accommodate all the added power while keeping the reliability at its best. Jeep engines are designed to operate on variety of fuel grades, qualities and extreme weather conditions making them suitable to operate around the world.
Over the years every aspect of the 4x4 drive train has been improved to modern standards. The interior including weather equipment and instrument panel are made to look original. Yes,it's a Mitsubishi Jeep,with the 4DR6 turbo engine,1988. We imported it for a customer in 2009 - looks like they traded it,as it came down from our other branch. I haven't seen a 4DR6 in a passenger vehicle before,I've only seen them in Canter's,and we don't those get at this car dealership,pushrod with an inline pump.
They have NZ$7,000 on it - expensive for a 1988 vehicle,but it's in good condition,low Km and pretty unusual. Getting plenty of looks in a couple of days,and it's been in the showroom not out in the yard.
