I wanted to like these but they haven’t grown on me at all. I hate the chrome trim on the liftgate glass. The interiors look very nice but too much chrome overall and something is off with the proportions in the rest end.
That's it.....something with the side windows looks odd and that chrome to.Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that they use chrome, it’s how they use it. Look how it sticks out, like it’s an overlay. Look how it fades into the roof. Why do the window shapes not follow the contour of the body? They look upside down.
+1 The thought of the dealer trying to align that would keep me up at night. Based on having Ford total a van of mine for a paint issue I'd probably refuse delivery of that vehicle.Definitely some alignment issues with the rear gate, I wouldn't accept that, the dealer would need to fix before delivery.
BiL had one ^^^ - we’d actually put chains on the tires to go waterfowl huntingFor that much money I’d be getting a Land Cruiser.
That ugly thing is a far cry from one of these bad boys...

That’s why hard core surf fisherman scooped up the old Suburban “boxes” … rugged trucks …I've loved Jeep for as long as I can remember. I was really excited about the Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer, although I knew what it was likely to be (Yukon/Yukon XL competitor). I really, really wish Jeep would produce a trim level that got back to its roots- a stripped down, off-road (guilt-free) monster. I get that luxury vehicles generally have higher profit margins, but I just get the feeling that Jeep lost track of what made it special. Even if I felt comfortable spending that kind of money, I'd never spend 100k on a Jeep. I'm sorry, but there's just too many other vehicles that I'd rather have at that price range. I know people think it'll sell like hot cakes, but I'm going to take the wait-and-see approach.
At one point in the early 90's, my family had a Wagoneer (SJ) and two Grand Cherokee (ZJ). All 3 were driven in the mountains on rough trails to get to fly fishing spots, and by the end of their lives, pretty beaten up. You couldn't stop them, though. They were tanks. That’s why hard core surf fisherman scooped up the old Suburban “boxes” … rugged trucks …
oh come on. That is well within the "tolerances allowed".....The chrome trim around the taillights could actually align with the trim on the lift gate. I’d expect better fit and finish on a $100,000 vehicle, but it is a Chrysler after all.
Every single Challenger has lights that don't line up between the trunk and body.oh come on. That is well within the "tolerances allowed".....
